How Do I Create an Account & Get Started?
Getting started is super simple. But as a brief reminder:
1. No contracts, setup fees, initiation fees, or subscriptions
2. We don’t ask about volume – use us when you need us!
3. No sales process. Just a credit card and the email address for your candidate.
Do you offer unlimited monthly searches or monthly/volume plans?
We do not offer an unlimited search product. All our reports are priced per report, per applicant. Many other online sites that offer an unlimited subscriptions price are typically non-FCRA and public record searches that can not be used for employment purposes, since there is no compliance or disclosures requirements to search for these records.
Can we submit two applications?

I typed the wrong email address for my applicant! What do I do?
Here is how you update and resend the email or reassign the existing order to a new candidate:
When viewing your applicants in the “Applicants” tab on the left-hand side
- Click the Resend Email to the right side of the applicant row or the box with the three dots
- A window will pop up where you click “Resend or Update Email”
- Click Update & Send Email, the email will be resent to the email address
Do I need an account to order a report?
No! We create your account when you place your first order.
Once we successfully charge your credit card, you will be prompted to set your password and access your ClearChecks dashboard.
How can a dispute be opened?
If a consumer wishes to dispute a report, they must send an email to us with their name, a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license), and a listing of the information they want to dispute. Please note: Only an applicant can open a dispute on their report. An employer cannot initiate this process on their behalf.
